#1 Who are we at Icey Collection?


We are a small team of jewelry aficionados based in the United States. Our company is a startup and all the unique pieces of jewelry we sell are made in the Ukraine. All the jewelry we sell online is made by our designers in Europe and unlike other brands we offer unique pieces at affordable prices.




#2 What is different about your jewelry pieces?


Our jewelry pieces are exclusively designed for sale on our site and don’t have a match in the market. We are not just a reseller of ‘me-too’ trinkets made in China, unlike a lot of the other online retailers we only offer unique collections. Our designers in the Ukraine are highly skilled and take pride in creating original and timeless necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings.




#3 How do you make sure your designers and factory workers are treated fairly?


We want to ensure that our company is sustainable and treats everyone in our supply chain fairly. From the designers who create our stunning pieces to the raw materials producers and factory workers who make the pieces, everyone is paid a fair price and receives equal and honest treatment.




#4 What is the inspiration behind your jewelry?


Our first collection is called ‘Pilly’ and it was inspired by the unique shape of the medical pill and it captures its rare beauty and smooth form. You can see the different pieces in the shop and buy them straight away. We will continue to work on creating more exclusive and imaginative collections with necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings and other jewelry to inspire and delight our customers.




#5 What if the piece I’m looking for is out of stock?


If an item you have saved to your cart has become unavailable or you cannot find something you have seen before, please contact us and we’ll let you know if and when it might become available again.




#6 Do you offer gift certificates or vouchers?


Yes, we do. If you would like to surprise a loved one for that special occasion you need to go to our ‘Gift Certificate’ section and choose the value of the gift.





Ordering & Payment

#8 How can I pay for my order?


There are 3 different methods of payment that you can use: PayPal - you’ll need to have an account All major credit or debit cards. Offline Payment - we accept bank transfers as a form of offline payment For more details on the main payment methods for you to choose the best option, please go to our Terms of Use.




#9 Do I need to sign up for your site to place an order?


No, you don’t need to sign up or create an account. All you have to do is select the jewelry pieces you like, put them in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.




#10 What happens after I order?


Once you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. This will list the details of the pieces you’ve ordered, give you a tracking code and an estimated delivery time. Then all you have to do is wait for your unique and awesome pieces of jewelry to arrive.





Shipping & Delivery

#11 Will you deliver to my address?


We offer global shipping to all countries regardless of where you are. Depending on where you are and the amount of your order you may qualify for free delivery. Read our Delivery Policy to find out more.




#12 Can I cancel my order?


You can cancel your order if you contact us directly after you have placed it with us. We can only issue a cancelation if your order hasn’t been shipped to your address yet. If it has, you have 8 working days after delivery to return it free of charge. The only costs you’ll have to cover are the shipping costs.




#13 How long will it take for my order to get to me?


We strive to get most orders to our customers within 7 days. However, this really depends on your location as well as high demand or shipment delays from the factory. We use global logistics partners so there are a variety of delivery options and timings. Read our Delivery Policy for more information.




#14 Can I change my order?


Once your order is shipped, you cannot change it. We offer free exchange.returns or refunds for store credit within 14 days on all of our orders (conditions apply). So please read our Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy carefully so you know how to proceed once you’ve received your package.




#15 What should I do if my order is late?


If you think your order is late, please refer first to our Delivery Policy to make sure that this is the case. If you cannot track or have a problem with the shipping provider, you can contact us and we’ll endeavour to do our best to get your order to you on time. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.




#16 Can I track my order?


Yes, you can, all our deliveries are trackable. Just check the confirmation email we’ve sent you after you ordered to find out your tracking number.





Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

#17 Can I return my order?


You can check our comprehensive Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy. You can return any item for a full refund for any reason within 8 working days from the day you have received your original order. Please make sure that if you want to return your order, you should do so in the original packaging. No refunds will be offered if the jewelry has been damaged or has been worn for an unreasonably long period of time.




#18 My order is damaged, incomplete or wrong. What shall I do?


We pride ourselves in the quality of our jewelry and shipping process and inspect all of the items closely before sending them out. In the rare occasion that a shipment might be damaged we’ll issue a full refund and cover all shipping costs for the returned items and for sending out the replacement.




#19 What would I do if my order is lost?


If, for whatever reason, your order is lost in transit then we will offer you a full refund or store credit. We’ll also cover all shipping costs for the replacement product.
